We purchased our home in conjunction with our move to the Las Vegas area. The majority of our home search was done remotely from Colorado and required only 2 1-day trips into town during the search and selection process. She helped us find a list of homes to view and see when I came into town, in hopes of selecting one from my favorites list. Ashley opened her entire day while I was in town; we must have looked at almost a dozen homes all over Las Vegas, Henderson, and the surrounding areas. The search was not easy; our favorite selection ended up being a nightmare, and we were able to dodge that bullet. Ashley and her colleagues found us a home that we had not even considered, and we put in an offer late that night. I wish it had ended there, but this purchase was anything but routine; there were problems and issues one after another. Ashley offered to view the house for me and send Pictures of what the house looked like. We made an offer and flew in to meet with the home inspector. Ashley, meet me there. After the home inspection, we decided not to proceed with the house. I flew home the same day that I arrived. As soon as I arrived back home, a house we had been watching came back onto the market.
